I’ve got to tell you about this new line of customizable kids’ books by my dear friend Jeff Jablonski. Their website is up for you to peruse and pick out a perfect personalized publication. Your little one/big one/friend/love will flip out when they see their own name and likeness in a book!

This summer is full of change. I’m done at the inn and onto more fibery things.  From now on, I’ll be working at What’s Needling U in Frisco, CO, right up the road.  Looking back, the last job change I had was right around the time of a woolly event.  Well, tomorrow is the Estes Park Wool Market and I’ll be there with bells on. Yesterday, I went to the Ravelry Unraveled seminar given by its creators. I learned a lot about how to get the most out of it – both for myself and for the store.  I’ll be getting pictures back in order soon.  Jess, Casey and Mary-Heather of Ravelry were kind enough to take a picture with me, dweeby and a little star-struck.

Not this weekend though. Justin and I are headed to Taos for the Wool Festival. I’m going to go on a yarn binge and meet all kinds of wooly creatures.  Also, his grandparents are there. Mmm… chiles rellenos and yarn, what a wonderful way to celebrate employment.
